If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of items in original condition, unworn and unwashed product. You can initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item(s). Returns or exchanges are free. Once we receive the returned item, Love BK Apparel will issue a full refund to the original form of payment (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). No returns are accepted after 7 calendar days.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Love BK Apparel will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
- To initiate a return please email us at info@lovebkapparel.com - Please provide First and Last name, Phone number associated with your order, order number and reason for return. A return label with be sent to the email on file.
- Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
- We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
